“Is the Marriott brand team aware that there is a Chinese company operating a facility with the Sheraton name on this property? I sincerely doubt so. Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton. “The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room.
