“Pontos positivos: É bem localizado, fica proximo da praia de copacabana, muitos comércios ao redor. Fiquei no quarto 1308 e conseguia ver o Cristo da janela. A limpeza é ok. Pontos a melhorar: quando chegamos tivemos um problema pra abrir a porta do quarto, que é feita com cartão, acabou dando problema umas duas vezes durante a nossa estadia de 6 dias. A troca de roupa de cama e toalhas de banho, foi outro ponto que deixou a desejar. Ficamos 6 dias e nao houve a troca nenhum dia, mesmo nos……

“Es un excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación frente a la playa. Excelentes restaurantes cerca y todo lo necesario cerca. La habitación es muy confortable y el personal es muy atento. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. La vista desde la terraza del piso 13 es espectacular. Quizá o lo único es que la habitación que nos dieron daba hacia la calle y en la madrugada los indigentes de la zona hacen mucho ruido. Pero el hotel en general es muy bueno. Valió la pena”
