“Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes.”

“Pros : Nice Riad - has been renovated meticulously and beautifully . Nice roof top view. Staff -very nice , helpful and polite . Clean , spacious , windows overlook central atrium ( no outside windows - authentic riad ) Cons: Not like a hotel - so even though front desk services are supposed to be from 7 - 11, it’s hit or miss if reception will answer your call . 3 min walk to riad from car through a stone w from ”

“Room very dark, no window, electric lights too dim for reading. No shower curtain. WiFi very slow. Was forced to change rooms after unpacking for no apparent reason, even though I was the only guest in the Riad.”

“Je n'ai pas effectué ma nuit à hôtel car le responsable refuser donner la chambre réserver car nous sommes couple mixte pas d'acte mariage donc pas de chambre malgré acte officiel fiançailles faites autorité juste attendons un document français pour légaliser situation je lui ai montrer et dit qu'il n'avait qu'à le mettre sur leur site j'aurais pas réserver chez lui d'ailleurs suite a son refus j'ai réserver ailleurs par contre lui me dit supprimer ma résa car moi a l'heure qu'il était ne pouvez……

“Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!”

“Ce séjour a été superbe. Accueil chaleureux et convivial. La gentillesse de Mimoune est inqualifiable tellement il a bon coeur. Je recommande fortement ce Riad qui est à prix imbattable dans le secteur. Facile d’accès par la route ( a 30 mètres puis 20 mètres à la première impasse à droite). Proche de la Médina et tous les commerces de proximité, tout est à porté de main. Si c’est à refaire je reviens là sans aucun problème. Mille mercis pour tout”
