“The staff here are superb! Ladies at the front desk were very helpful with anything I asked for (even during air attack!) Housekeeping was outstanding and restaurant staff were great. “The hotel was awful. There was no similarity between the pictures of the hotel shown in Expedia to what we actually gotten. A big shame. They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs.”

“Certainly one of the nicest hotels in Odessa if not the nicest. Very friendly staff. Breakfast cost not worth it. Great location. You need a Ph.D. To understand all the toggle light switches in the room but it’s very pretty with all the various accent lighting. I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and I don’t think the thermostat determines the room temperature at all. ”
