“Overall , it was a good stay”

“Gorgeous hotel with an amazing view of the mountains in Munnar. I did a spa treatment while I was there which was also very nice. All the staff were lovely. ”

“Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff members were courteous and helpful. Food was very good. We were visiting after 43 years. The hotel staff made our stay memorable. ”

“It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. ”

“All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. ”

“The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good.”
