“酒店的房间很旧，设施也很旧。窗户还有点漏风，有点冷。我的房间临街，路上的车辆的声音很吵。”

“The overall staying experiences are barely fine based on the pricing.”

“Friendly staff, well-equipped room with kitchen equipment and shampoo and conditioner provided. Stable wifi. The Fran Josef glacier hot pools is around a 3 minutes walk with lots of restaurants nearby. The bathroom heating lamp is great, and makes a big difference on a cold day. It's also nice that the reception has DVDs to borrow that you can watch in your room.”

“房間和浴室都整齊乾淨。房間內的茶水間有電熱水壼及多士爐。接待處位置是隔離的Terrace Motel, 接待人員友善，並會簡單介紹附近的去處。房間外面是可以泊車。”

“非常赞的房子，干净、舒适。一房一厅的设计，两张大床，一家三口睡得非常舒服。卫生间虽然不大，但有按摩浴缸，还有发热的毛巾架，特别贴心。我们到达时房间已经暖好，马上就可以进入晚餐状态。对面就是温泉，走五六分钟就是主干道，超市及冰川徒步集中地都非常方便。更重要的是，性价比超高！”

“We lived in a room with shared bathroom but as it was near the entrance and kitchen and many people can use the toilet, it was very dirty (there was pee on floor). Our room is dirty too and the carpet had bad smell. We could not sleep well because cars were parked outside our room and false fire alarm went off at mid night. Good location, just 5-10 mins walk to shops. Free and nice breakfast. ”

“Fantastic host, very friendly and gave us great suggestions of where to go and where to eat. Accomodation slightly out of town but peaceful. Huge bedroom. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing i think could be improved was the tv only had 4 channels and two of those were sport but there were dvds (although very old titles) that could be borrowed from the lounge. Would definitely stay here again.”

“住的是雙人房房型，所以安排在另一棟。去過背包客棧那邊看過一下，那邊感覺設施比較舊一點。 住宿提供的wifi穩，熱水水壓都很穩。 地段也不錯，在yha的對面，坐公共交通很方便。去餐廳，超市走路都是數分鐘而已。 早餐跟一般背包客棧，都是提供簡單的麵包配果醬，玉米片牛奶這樣。 綜觀是比一般的背包客棧好，浴室廁所都很乾淨。 唯一美中不足是hot pool in maintenance ，沒有機會用到hot pool。”
