It’s excellently located for exploring the fort and the building is beautifully preserved and offers excellent and spacious accommodation. We loved the room with a garden balcony, as we could watch and hear the world go by from the comfort of our room. “Galle is not merely existing the Dutch fort, but also with Le Grand. Modern elegance is beyond the words` description. Comfortable rooms with gorgeous view. Friendly staffs are super helpful. Surely, security is strict to bring your safe feelings. When you hear the sea waves hitting the rocks, you feel peaceful and consider this hotel is definitely a home you should stay longer.”

“We booked three superior rooms and it was a great experience. Although at the beginning, the hotel didn't have enough room for us. The manager tried his best and solved the problem though. Loved the view of swimming pool and the ocean. The only disadvantage is that you have to take a tuktuk to go to the beach, about 150rs one way. The hotel has shuttle bus too(9:30-10:30 and 17:30-18:30). And meal serving is a bit slow.”
