“Disappointed! Our only request was an half hour to an hour late check out since our ride to the airport wasn’t for 2 hours from our original check out time. However, the lady that checked us in denied the late check out, and because there’s barely anything to do around the hotel, we had to just sit outside for 2 hours. On the other hand, the kitchen service was amazing, we told them we wouldn’t be available for breakfast and they personally packed breakfast boxes and gave them to us before we……

“We loved this hotel. The room was modern and spacious and gorgeous balcony with hot tub. The breakfast was also great. The only drawback is that it’s not caldera facing. It’s ocean facing the other side of the island ”
