“I've been coming to Hotel Palace for the last 3 years in the heat of the summer and I must say I was pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and the personal attention that is given to each guest. For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. We will come back with our friends again in August - looking forward! ”

“Bra hotell lite utanför själva partycentralen. Tryggt och säkert men slitet. Min balkong hade hotellets AC-aggregat utanför så ljudnivån var allt annat än angenäm. Bra men lite enformig mat. Mycket trevlig personal som tog väl hand om gästerna. (Bortsett från badvakten/Handdukskillen som var sjukt otrevlig.) Om man gillar All inclusive så är det ett bra hotell. Orten som sådan är otroligt turistig. Det finns bara massa hotell, barer och turistshoppar som säljer märkeskopior. I övrigt får man ge……

“This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great.”

“Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc.”
