“Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax”

“The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.”

The hotel has two beautiful outdoor pools: one for children with fun water slides, and a large one for adults, ideal for relaxing and swimming. “Wir waren das zweite Mal im Euphoria . Hier weiß ich was ich für mein Geld bekomme. Modernes Hotel, Mega Zimmer, super Wasserpark. Tolles All In Hotel wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel ohne lästige Animation. Auch der Getränkeservice am Strand ist einfach fantastisch. So möchte ich jedes Jahr Urlaub machen.”

“Hotel was secluded away centers of activity, restaurants, shops etc. That suited us. Booked private pool area which was great. Some entertainment at night - good. Staff provided some classes during the day such as Olive tasting, really good. Some light exercise classes during the day. Variety of food - excellent. All staff very helpful and friendly. Used hotel taxi a few times. Same man very helpful & loads of local information.”
