“I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. “It is regrettable that I could not experience the many wonderful things about this property similar to what the other distinguished guests had shared here before. Pros: The pool, we really enjoyed a private pool to our own. The staff are very courteous, especially Agus and Sam. The breakfasts are quite good. Cons: there is no handheld shower, which led to inconvenience. The biggest issue above ALL is that the villa is infested with BED BUGS. I thought the stings were from mosquitoes because……

“Overall was good. The villa was clean and the food was delicious. However the water in the shower is sometimes not hot enough and rather little in the evenings. The staff were overall nice，but no one helped us with our luggage when we checked out (a note was sent to us a day before saying that someone will help). The location of the villa is medium, it is not located at the center of Seminyak but not far away from the restaurants and shopping areas.”
