“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

“We loved Villa Martha! Matteo was an amazing host and great chef. The junior suite was roomy and had incredible mountain and valley views and a nice balcony/deck The decor was iconic, fun and had a Tyrolian feel. It was a truly warm and welcoming, old style bed and breakfast inn. We could walk to the Col Reiser Gondola and went for one of the most beautiful hikes we’ve ever had up at the top of the gondola. There’s a great transit system to get around Val Gardena with close by bus stops. ……

Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. “Uridl is an AMAZING place to stay. I usually opt for budget options when traveling, but I can confidently say that Uridl is worth every penny. It is so clean and aesthetic throughout the entire hotel. They have the most amazing relaxation and sauna room as well, with a stunning view of Sassolungo peak. The staff are so incredibly kind. The breakfast cappucinos were amazing. Super convenient to walk to the bus stop, and the hotel provides free bus passes. I love how it’s in a quiet part of town……
