“The apartment was very nice and very big. We were very happy with the communication from Hazem. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom when we arrived, I messaged Hazem and he got somebody around to fix it the next morning which was very pleasing. The grounds around the apartment are really nice and the compound was in an excellent location. Overall we were pleased with our stay and we’d recommend to anyone thinking of staying here”

“The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. ”

“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“This apartment exists residence tower of big shopping mall. Way to check in is bit difficult, but I conatct Mr.Eslam. He is very gentle and kind. “We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well as the Metro supermarket a block away. Friendly people. Has and elevator and a washing machine. Very nice kitchen.
