“Property was nice but they forgot to pick us up from the airport which was pre arranged. Asked for a cake for my wife's 60th they didnt bother. Staff are very young and not experienced with only 1 being able to speak English. Asked to speak to a manager on arrival but was never available also Expedia tried to contact the hotel about issues and they didn't answer. “Very spacious, I love the minimalist modern look, I can sleep soundly and comfortably. Great staff! My room is on the 29th floor and I have a fear of heights. The staff are so helpful in accompanying me in the elevator going to my room and will also fetch me going down. Sometimes, I don't need to ask. Great value for money maybe due to location. “I asked to change the room. Because the stairs were dangerous. But they refused my request. And they changed rooms at my repeated requests. But the room was small and not soundproof. The breakfast prepared at the hotel was the worst. I didn't eat the food. It was unsanitary. And no warm water comes out.”
