“Property was nice but they forgot to pick us up from the airport which was pre arranged. Asked for a cake for my wife's 60th they didnt bother. Staff are very young and not experienced with only 1 being able to speak English. Asked to speak to a manager on arrival but was never available also Expedia tried to contact the hotel about issues and they didn't answer. Many inconsistencies when ordering breakfast order same breakfast but would not be the same items missing from breakfast. Hotel……

“Die Unterkunft war nicht weit vom Flughafen daher haben wir eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp dort verbracht. Alles bestens, ein sehr tolles neues Hotel mit großem Zimmer und super bequemen Betten. Einziger Nachteil, die Dusche ist etwas schlecht durchdacht, sobald man duscht fließt das ganze Wasser raus ”

“Our stay was overall great with minor issues like a lot of working noise during the day making it hard to nap. The swimming pool needed some attention with only half full and water had bugs floating. The gym and equipment needs attention treadmills not working properly and shutting off on their own (not safe) bathrooms in both men and women’s never had toilet paper in them and no way to clean off gym equipment. The rooms were nice and air conditioning working great overall I would rate this a 80……
