“Second time staying here. The location works great for us and the owner is very responsive at answering our questions. The home is perfect for our family who love the easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. People that stay/live there are friendly and even alerted us to a rocket launch that was happening , which was pretty cool to witness.”

“Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,……

“Plenty of room for 2 people. Have your own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean. The patio area is really nice to sit out there and drink morning coffee, work on my computer, and eat meals. Very well located in the complex. The beach is amazing and it's only a really short walk away. Loved the stay here.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Was very clean, comfortable and as advertised. The beach is beautiful and the beach club next door was convenient for food and drinks.”

“What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. It was just about a 30 minute boat ride from the marina to Green Turtle Cay and No Name Cay. At low tide, turn right at the beach and walk……
