“If you're look for something away from the crowd of the marina or off the beaten path, this is for you. Allen is still in a building phase but everything was perfect. The private beach area is absolutely dreamy and rental had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and has the best views. “Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,……

“Second time staying here. The location works great for us and the owner is very responsive at answering our questions. The home is perfect for our family who love the easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. People that stay/live there are friendly and even alerted us to a rocket launch that was happening , which was pretty cool to witness.”
