“The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so……

“Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.”

“Espectacular!!! Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como. Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús. Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. Me hubiera gustado pasar más días ahí, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y cuando regrese al Lago me hospedaré de nuevo con……

“Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The staff was very friendly, our room was great and had a really chic old money vibe. The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS!!! There was also a pool which was great for relaxing and taking a slow day. A note for those staying, the walk up to the hotel is a pretty brutal uphill climb, so keep that in mind. Even though we broke a sweat everytime we had to get back to our hotel, we would definitely stay here again :) Plus breakfast was included and really lovely to……
