“Le réceptionniste était vraiment patient et a participé à la résolution du problème du à une base de données Hôtel.com/Expedia erronée. Service Hôtel.com exécrable, il rejette la faute sur l’hôtel ou sur le client alors qu’au final le problème venait de chez eux. Je ne manquerai de laisser un avis à la hauteur de la prestation,autrement dit lamentable. J’aimerais échanger avec un manager d’hôtel.com pour lui dire comment j’ai perduum temps précieux et anormalement long tout reparti sur 2 j……

“Cela fait la 3 -ème ou 4 -ème fois que je séjourne dans cet Hôtel bien situé proche du tramway. En général j'étais satisfait mais pas plus, cette fois j'ai ressenti beaucoup plus, un grand changement à tous les niveaux ,il y a du avoir un changement dans la direction? Dès l'entrée je pense avoir été accueil par le directeur, qui à toute suite demander qu'on m'aide pour mes bagages, grand sourie à l'accueil, chambre prête avant l'heure d'arriver, personnel d'étage prévenant et agréable. “Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars”

“He valorado mal el hotel porque no he tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de sus servicios. Cuando llegamos dijeron que no tenian nuestra reserva en su sistema, reserva realizada con suficiente antelación a nuestra llegada y pagada.”

“We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!”
