“We loved it and we are already talking about coming again! It was a fun and calm place to just hang out and the communication was great even with me having little to no service!”

“We had a nice stay at the Texican. The home was nice and in a great location very roomy with all the amenities of home. The only complaint is that the ac is not able to keep up with the size of the home. Although they have portable units in 3 of the rooms the house was still warm in the two rooms without the portable units and also in the living room/dining room as the portable unit is not big enough for the size of the room. I would suggest getting a bigger unit installed or at least add……

“This house was so pretty. The views out the window were amazing. The pier had a light so we could go fishing at night. We didn’t catch anything but we had fun. The house was clean and cool. We hope to be back soon.”

“Definitely will be back. The house was very clean and fully stocked. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our trip. The four bedrooms and multiple beds fit our family perfectly. The covered areas of the dock and fishing lights were awesome. The kids loved the pool, it was larger than I expected!!”

“The house was super clean and well appointed! Had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be renting this house again in the near future! Beds were comfortable and the AC ran so well, making us sleep like babies each night! Check in was simple with no issues whatsoever. Looking forward to another great trip to Sargent!”

“Interior was very neat and clean. A/C took awhile to bring temp down. Driveway area that met with the slab made it difficult to park under house. Outdoor faucet broke and could not run water off because main valve was rusted. We used a spray nozzle as a temporary fix. Host was understanding and communicated with us. Overall stay was good! ”

“We stayed at your cabin for the 4th of July weekend. We really enjoyed the location and had a great time. We took our boat down and we were able to keep it tied to the dock which was very nice. There was a lot of boat traffic on the creek but that was to be expected. Great place and great hosts. Would definitely come back again.”
