“Stay wasn’t horrible but not the best. House needs some maintenance and a good deep clean. The tub in the main restroom is cracked and is leaking downstairs. It has already caused a whole in the foundation. Not long before someone falls through. Knobs were falling off doors/ kitchen cabinets. Some beds felt as if they had sand on them. Walls/ windows need a good clean. Other than that, it was a good house, very spacious, in a great location. Offers multiple options for entertainment. Would rent……

“The house is exactly as it appears on the web site. Very close to the beach. It had everything you needed for a barbacue.”

“This house was perfect for our large group. To start with l, there was lots of parking. The house itself was spacious and well appointed. PLENTY of beds. Everything was clean and there was even a complimentary bag of ice in the freezer when we got there (much appreciated!) It did take awhile to cool down the first night, but probably due to the size of the house.The location is just fantastic. You are right on the beach and smack-dab in the middle of Surfside. The deck was a perfect lounge area……

“We loved our stay at this lovely home! It was perfect and had everything we needed pit. The fire pit was fabulous and we grilled hotdogs and hamburgers on the grill. We were just steps from the beach. We will definitely come again!”

“We had a fantastic time. My only issue is that the air conditioners were pretty weak. But a love home overall”

“The property is well kept and decorated well. Although our party of two was fine for us we will try in the future to bring our extended family. The place will be great for that. Near the beach for the kids and close to the jetty for fishing.”

“My family enjoyed our stay, very conveniently behind a mini mart and Sharky's Bar and Grill. Great for my family since all my kids are all adults so we could sit on the deck and enjoy the music. But probably not best for people with small children or anyone who wants to sleep early but again was perfect for us. It was cozy not a whole lot of stairs, so I appreciated that as well. My children definitely want to come back. Thank you! ”
