“We were competing at the horse park and this location is perfect. The house is large and clean and, if the weather had been warmer, we would have enjoyed the pool. The hosr is easy to communicate with. Im sure we'll stay there again. and ”

“Overall, my accommodations were great, but there were a few things I did like. The lobby had a wet mildew smell to it, there was only one working elevator and the hallways were extremely hot. The rooms was comfortable and cool. The bathroom was nice and clean. I was able to sleep very comfortably in the suit.”

“Pillow cases were dirty and the room could use a little extra cleaning. No complaints otherwise. The room was nice and spacious. No bugs that I saw. Nice staff. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you all! ”

“There is nobody at the desk from 10 PM until 9 AM. The room was neat and clean enough but had a distinct chemical(not cleaning products) smell. The door was open when i got to the room as it wouldn't latch unless it was slammed extremely hard. ”

“The main complaint I have is that this is now a Holiday Inn Express and that was unknown when I was trying to find it. There we no signs saying it was "Cross Creek Inn" so we kept driving in circles after a long ride trying to find our hotel. Don't get me wrong... we were pleasantly surprised as Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels! The only othert complaint is there are no vending machines or market in the hotel to get drinks or snacks and no water fountain/cooler that I was aware……
