“All was well, the home was nicely outfitted, and very comfortable, as we were there for a horse show, so relaxing was key. We had a few notes for the host: the lightbulbs in one bedroom were out, so we 'borrowed' one from from a floor light to get it working, and we also noted the WiFi info in the book in the home had different information than the online arrival email.. the email was correct, and very helpful, by the way.. but the book is incorrect, so should update that when possible. other……

“Check in process was easy as she left her key within close proximity. Great if you’re checking in late. Her home was cozy, clean, and quaint. Very close to pinehurst and southern pines maybe 5-10 min drive at the most. Rebecca’s response time was quick. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!”

“Overall, my accommodations were great, but there were a few things I did like. The lobby had a wet mildew smell to it, there was only one working elevator and the hallways were extremely hot. “The main complaint I have is that this is now a Holiday Inn Express and that was unknown when I was trying to find it. There we no signs saying it was "Cross Creek Inn" so we kept driving in circles after a long ride trying to find our hotel. Don't get me wrong... we were pleasantly surprised as Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels! The only othert complaint is there are no vending machines or market in the hotel to get drinks or snacks and no water fountain/cooler that I was aware……
