“Overall my stay was great. The rooms I stayed in was very nice and clean. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and I asked for some house keeping to get the room cleaned but I never did get any service. Other than that my stay was great. ”

“We absolutely loved this place. From the moment you get here, you feel at peace. They work very hard to ensure you have a great time while here and the onsite restaurant is amazing. I wish we had stayed longer! The beds were quite comfortable and the views of the volcano from the rooms are spectacular! “The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa. It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building. No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa? No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing.”
