“We absolutely loved this place. From the moment you get here, you feel at peace. They work very hard to ensure you have a great time while here and the onsite restaurant is amazing. I wish we had stayed longer! The beds were quite comfortable and the views of the volcano from the rooms are spectacular! If you are looking at this place and not sure, do yourself a favor and just stay here, you will not regret it. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. ”

“Liked the location, incredibly beautiful lake. Large room with AC. The restaurant at the main hotel has an increidbpe view to plan yo eat breakfast or dinner there. They answer all questions and you can easily contact them on Whats App The rental prices for a jetski is expensive as hell. Lol. Still did it tho”

“The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa. It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building. No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa? No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing.”
