“This property was everything we needed for a trip to Chincoteague! The house was exactly as listed and the owner’s effective communication was top notch. The location of the house was great and we were easily able to come and go with ease. We saw the ponies , did a boat tour , found a great playground and basketball court and ate the best ice cream. Highly recommend!”

“The location is great. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus extras. The rear porch was heavily utilized for morning coffee watching wildlife over the water (lots of birds, deer, and a visit from a muskrat) and evening relaxing. We crabbed and fished off the little dock, enjoyed home cooked meals and naps on the hammock. This home is not new. It’s not fancy. It’s exactly as advertised.
