“The home was clean and pet friendly which is very important to us! It is located across from the park and I enjoyed walking around it. We own a home on Chincoteague that won't be open until the end of March and wanted to come check out our property but of course couldn't stay there without water. This home suited our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was using the tv's. We are not tech savvy and had to have the realtor send someone to show us. User error! Thanks for a great place to stay!”

“The house was very nice and clean, would have been nice to be able to watch cable TV. Was not able to access the You Tube TV. Bed was not very comfortable, thin mattress. ”

“Property was clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need. Loved the hardwood floors, and it was excellent for children and pets. There were games, and a dog bed and treats as well. The place may appear small, but is actually very well laid out, and the yard is an excellent place to enjoy the children with games and activities. Would highly recommend using this place for the price. Much better then any hotel in the area. ”

If you are interested in a deeper exploration of this fascinating island, we highly recommend you stay here. The home was recently beautiful renovated and decorated, with pretty much every need met for in home meal preparation. I guarantee you will not need much else! “Very nice property, we made good use of the dock and were able to launch my 18.5 ft boat from the concrete ramp. Fishing, crabbing, boating were good (though crabs a bit on small side) the cottage was clean, well organized and neat. Everything was really nice and Genevieve was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with.”
