"The workers needs a lot of training. We've been sleeping here for the past 3 years and we always have bad service from the waiters. Receptionist has improved, house keeping super helpful. They should work on customer service rather than waiting money for their bad services"

"THE PROPERTY WAS GOOD, however I had a terrible time trying to get to the airport which is very close by. It rained, (apparently this is a trigger) and the traffic was terrible. Could not move and inch, after two hours we flagged down a motor bike tied my suitcases to them and they took me to the ..."
