“We absolutely loved our two day mini vacation to Iowa. Our daughter turned 14 on Monday August 4th and we spent the day at Adventureland having a blast and the fun continued when we were back at Jessica’s house we rented. This house is kept up very well and was so cozy to spend time in. It is very obvious how much care goes into this rental for their guests! It was also extremely easy to communicate with our host, Jessica. We Will definitely stay here again if we are back in that area for any……

“We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the photos are a perfect description. While we were there we saw fireflies, an owl, bunnies, a doe and fawn, chipmunks, squirrels, cardnials, and many others birds. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We absolutely would stay here again.”

“This was a solid location, solid home. You can tell it was purchased with a quick-and-dirty turnaround as far as prepping it for VRBO-type stays.The host was responsive; the house was mostly clean; the appliances worked.This gets only four stars primarily because of a lack of light bulbs. Yes, seriously. Instead of light bulbs in the lamps in one of the bedrooms, there were click-on battery lights stuck onto where the light bulbs should go. The ceiling fan only had a bulb in only one out of……

“Our stay was wonderful. Everything was perfect with the house. A bathroom downstairs and an extra mirror are the only things that could make this house better but we made it all work and are very pleased with our stay!”

“Stayed for a few nights with friends and the location couldn't be beat! Everything downtown is a stone's throw away. The two-car garage was incredibly convenient for our group. The owners were very helpful and accommodating, and very responsive before, during and after our stay. We encountered only a minor issue and they were quick to address it. Overall, great experience - would stay again next time I'm in town.”
