“Nice location, close to grocery store and shopping. House was spacious and plenty of room for the 10 of us. Liked the fenced in back yard for the dogs. The host was gracious and let us in early, so we had more time to get ready for our event on Friday evening. Our only complaint was quality of the towels, they were small, rough, some were stained and also one was torn. If we stayed there again, we would bring our own towels. ”

“House is exactly as pictured. Our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children had plenty of space. The home has a great floorplan, the kitchen has everything you need. Very kid friendly!”

“My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with what we needed. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet. There were several outdoor areas and we did use the one deck. The owners were very nice and answered any questions or issues we might have had. Would definitely stay in one of their properties again. Jane”

“This property is in such a conveniently located spot for time in Des Moines as its minutes away from downtown, the fair grounds and an excellent spot for an Adventureland weekend. Interiror was clean and cute with the right amenities.The hosts had excellent communication. We had a small blip with our check in process (which normally would have been very convenient) and I was very satisfied with the speed, professionalism and ability of thr hosts were able to communicate with us and resolve it……

“The house was well stocked and very clean. Everything was easy to use; tv, dishwasher etc. The beds were awesome comfy. Plenty of hot water for showers. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to the house. I had problems using the Vrbo app, so staying in touch with the host was hit and miss for a day or so. Don’t know if the hacking of Microsoft or others had anything to do with that. If not, Vrbo needs to fix the app messaging.”

“We are a family of 6 and needed a place to stay while visiting family. Our kids are older, ages 20 - 23, so I like them to have their own space when we travel. The accommodations were everything we needed for this trip, having access to a washer and dryer would be nice for longer trips though. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice.Contact with the home owner was very easy and pleasant. Scott was very gracious and replied to my messages……
