“The listing described the property as a charming lake cottage, but it feels more like a guest room as it is attached to the garage and right next to the entrance to the main house. It's a cute space, but not quite what we expected from the description. While the owner was very friendly, this setup felt more like we were intruding on a private space than staying in a standalone cottage. Clarifying this in the listing would help future guests know what to expect.”

“This stay was great for a friend and me, in town for a workshop. Two large bedrooms w comfortable king beds, some extra furniture, windows w good light. These open on a kitchen w good-sized table and chairs and fully stocked kitchen in terms of cooking utensils and plates/glasses. Bath w great towels, and good shower. For us, it was perfect. ”

“Everything from checking in to checking out was great. So many touches of a warm home to make my daughter and I feel like we were wrapped in a warm blanket. So many details from beach towels, to hot chocolate, to a popcorn maker and a book of great things to do in the area. Kitchen and bathroom were super clean with awesome shampoo. The view was top-notch. Location is close to everything but just far enough way to feel like you are in the woods. Covered parking was a plus. Will stay there……

“This rental was just what I needed. It was close to family in Sedro Woolley, in addition to being a great location for enjoying all this area of the PNW has to offer. The space is comfortable and had everything I needed to feel settled during my stay. Do bring some earplugs if you might be bothered by the occasional train noise. ”

The teas and coffee and local products in the bathroom were decadent and generous. David greeting us was attentive and kind. Beds were super comfortable, flexible temperature and lighting were greatly appreciated. ”

“We have never been to Mt Baker. The house is less than 4 minutes from Glacier for cafe, restaurants and groceries. Last stop before driving up to Mt Baker, which was about a fast 30 slow 45 windy drive up the mountain. Having the hot tub to soak apres ski was brilliant. So quiet and peaceful in the country side. The King size bed was very cozy. Lot's to watch on TV with netflix, hulu, prime etc.. and the fireplace added to the coziness. Bonus was the drying rack for boots and supplied flip flops……
