“Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place. ”

“We Loved your property, our only concern was the odor coming from the laundry area. I know its minor, and their was a plastic bag of towels that was on the ground we were not sure what that was about? Nancy”

“This was a great place to stay. The location for us was perfect! Just 2 blocks to some great dining places and grocery store in a residential area which was so nice because we didn't want to venture into the City though we were also so close to the City when needed. Straight shot to the golf course where my daughter was golfing at Indian Canyon which was the best part Very clean and exactly as advertised! Train did not bother us because it never blew the horn ”
