“We had a rough start since the cleaning people were still there, so not able to get in when scheduled. Waited an hour, and still couldn't get in. However our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Issues included no dresser in the bedroom, lightbulb out in bedroom, dark under-stairs closets, plugs not working in bathroom, very slippery bathtub. “Stratford Suites was a great stop for our group during our national park road trip. The location in Airway Heights was super convenient, especially after a long drive from Mount Rainier. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped—plenty of room to spread out and relax. Having a full kitchen and comfy living area made it feel more like a home than a hotel. It was a great overnight recharge before heading to Glacier. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Spokane!”
