“We had a great stay. We attended with our daughter and 2 young grand sons. They loved the cabin! They were excited about the loft, the water fun: fishing and kayaking and exploring the yard and surroundings. The solitude, deer, birds, eagle and hawks were pretty amazing. They were pretty disappointed we were unable to have a fire because of the local burn ban. Hard to forego smores in the outdoors. The adults were pleased by all the kitchen amenities and cabin space as well as the peaceful……

“Arrived at night in the dark and everything was lit up and welcoming! Such well thought out details thinking of guests coming to stay. As an architect olives seeing how a log cabin was actually put together. Loved the setting in the forest feeling like we were in the middle of nowhere”

“We (my wife, 2 kids, brother, and a couple other friends) really enjoyed our stay here. The place was as advertised - it was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful deck for the evenings. The location was great, we were there to explore the Silverwood Theme park, which we did all week... and it was only about 10 mins away. If this place had AC I think we'd be giving a 5 star review, as that's about the only thing I can think of that would improve our stay...! The bedrooms were very, very warm at night,……

“Just there for a chill May weekend with my adult sons and their SO’s. Absolutely beautiful setting. The house is beautiful, with a terrific kitchen. The bedrooms, especially the master, were beautiful and comfortable with special treats- remote control blinds, ginormous TV, fireplace. The living room and dining table were made for a family get together, and we played cards for hours. The only ding in the beautiful home was the fact that the well appointed kitchen was definitely not clean. Very……

“I will start off with the few bad I guess. The driveway was a pain to get in and out of with my longbed pickup. The place doesn't have a oven or any way to clean clothes. The bbq is a small little charcoal one but it got the job done. Other then that its a nice little hidaway near the lake. We grilled steaks, took the boats out did a lot of fishing. You will probably need to plan to rent a boat ahead of time if you want to go for salmon, Walleye or bigger fish. Plenty of little fish and bass……
