“This is a well-deserved 5-star review.For us, this has been the perfect property while we work here in the area. We've already stayed here for over a month, and are now starting a second month-long stay.The unit is clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything one would need. “This was a perfect home base for our three-generation trip to Spokane, including our one-year-old son! Lots of space, clean, modern, and comfortable. Jake was super easy to get a hold of and brought us extra supplies we needed! Parking was a lot more expensive in this area than we thought it would be, but everything else was fantastic! "As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
