“The staff were very helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be the pool/bar/arcade hours, they close at 10pm even on the weekend. Little kids were loudly running up and down the halls and banging on doors bright and early at 7am every day we were there, also kids everywhere took over the "adult" hot tub area. The room was clean and simple, and we liked the amenities offered. ”

“Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it.”

“We had the best time with our extended family! There was plenty to do for the whole family ages 1-65, we barely left the property! The staff and host were very responsive and easy to interact with, especially Tricia, Nick, and Mackenzie, and we had every amenity we could think of. The side by side houses were perfect for our family, and the ease of sharing amenities like beach and grill made it seamless. THANK YOU for a memorable family trip - we hope to come back! ”
