“Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. Great views & a nice house, but detail needs updating, we probably wouldn’t have booked had we realised there wasn’t a……

“A neat and comfortable house with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The pool was a blessing in the hot weather. The air conditioning was wonderful on the hottest days. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Linen was super clean and towels were changed weekly. Mila was the Most wonderful liaison, giving us wonderful tips and guidance. The kitchens and fridges were great for keeping all the groceries fresh. Would recommend this wonderful place for amazing local scenery and access to Todi. ……

“We’ve always wanted to experience the Italian way of life and spending a month in Todi was the ideal vacation. Away from the crowds, beautiful countryside, friendly people and comfortable living. This house gave us all that…it is an older house but we adjusted very quickly to the ebbs and flows of it. “Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat.
