“Location was quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable bed, hot tub was such a special treat as the evenings are chilly. Steve and Cooper are the most welcoming owners!!! Would definitely stay again.”

“We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic for exploring LA, and it really can't be beat if you're going to Universal. The street parking was never a problem - we got a space within a 1/4 block of the house each time. The host provided extremely detailed and helpful instructions for everything - much appreciated! The house itself is, as other reviews have noted, more "vintage" than "luxury" - "dated" is not inaccurate. But the price is totally reasonable for what you are……

“This property is very nice and seems to be in a nice neighborhood. The only challenge was checkin. The host required multiple proofs of ID before sending a checkin code after we were already at the property and after already going through additional steps of completing a host-requested additional form to validate the VRBO ID process, which we had done days in advance. We waited for over an hour outside the property for a reply to our code requests and then, once we received a reply, we still had……

“The house was clean, it was cozy, and the front garden was beautiful, the beds were a little on the softer side but otherwise comfortable, we only went tot he back to throw away garbage we didn’t really go into the backyard for anything else. It was close to were we needed to go, the shower water pressure was nice and strong, the washer and drier were nice and easy to use. Overall we loved it thank you for your hospitality ”
