“We used the space to host my fathers 84th bday party. The space was perfect. Located on a cul de sac it was quiet and more than enough parking for guests. The open living/dining room was more than enough space for the gathering.”

“This house is very spacious. One bedroom has an attached full bathroom, which was nice. The host was amazing to work with, allowing us to book last minute. It was a bit hard to find the house number from the street but easy to enter with a coded entry. No need for keys. There was plenty of parking available in the driveway. I was suprised by peacocks in the area when we arrived. There was one on the roof but he didnt bother us at all. He made some sounds but was quiet at night. The patio and……

“Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. ”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
