“I decided to stay a bit out of town for a ski trip....and it was perfect. Just a 10 min ride down the hill to OKEMO and LUDLOW. It is absolutely beautiful and quiet...the sunsets and sunrises are amazing from the top of that hill. It is secluded and you really get a slice of VT. The unit is very large and spacious. “We enjoyed our long weekend visit to Keene, NH and appreciated Hidden Gem. It was great to have such a well equipped kitchen for cooking together with fresh local foods from the nearby Monadnock Co-op. Hidden Gem was very clean and comfortable. We had 11 inches of snow overnight and the porch steps, sidewalk and driveway were cleared for us early so we could make our plane on time. Our host Sarah was helpful with any questions and needs. We would love to stay again when our travels take us back……

A great surprise was a general store that had everything we needed right across the street, and beautiful hiking and places to eat within a half hour. “This is a second floor apartment, requiring access by a staircase. We were aware that there would be stairs, but these stairs were quite steep and a little uneven. The interior is exactly as presented in the photos. It is comfortable and roomy.
