“This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!”

“Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock.”

“The Sugar River Treehouse is thoughtfully designed providing all the amenities needed. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to experience a unique setting with our two dogs. We plan on returning in the summer to enjoy the benefits of the Sugar River. ”

“We had three families for a long weekend and this house was perfect. Two levels with bathrooms and beds allowed everyone space to spread out and relax. The house is a three minute drive to Mt Sunapee. The owners were attentive and even accommodated a slightly late check out for a car that had to be towed. All ages enjoyed the stay.spread out. close restaurants. ”
