“This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides. We could not find the villa and……

“Fantastiskt läge. Rummet uppfyllde det som bokats med vidunderlig havsutsikt. Trevlig och serviceminded personal som hämtade både oss och vårt bagage från parkeringsplatsen som ligger utanför stadsmuren. Inget ställe om man har svårt för backar eller trappor i de trånga gränderna. Överallt fantastisk utsikt. Bra pool och underbar restaurang med både fin frukost och middag. “Casa Bianca ist die ideale Unterkunft für lange oder auch kurze Trips. Die Hauseigentümerin wohnt ebenfalls in der Unterkunft da das ihr Haus ist. Es ist quasi in kleinen Apartments eingeteilt ( Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Mini Küche und ein Balkon) mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und es war sehr sauber 😍 ”

“Nicely looking hotel in a nice location a little tricky to drive to and from in very narrow streets with only room for one car a lot of the way. Friendly receptionist although fairly slow check-in and not there to open the gate one evening to get the car in. Extremely crowded parking space with cars blocking each other at times. “This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay”

“Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. ”

“The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on. ”

“On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels.
