“It is nice to have a place of your own to stay, even while visiting family. This residence was comfortable. It allowed for privacy. The house was up to date. ”

“I rented this space while visiting family in November. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the scented plug-ins that were in almost every room. It seemed to bother my allergies, so I unplugged them on arrival.Had I thought to ask about that ahead of time, I'm sure the owner would have been happy to unplug them prior to my stay. The area isn't very walkable, since it's off a main road, but it was very convenient for finding nearby food/etc.I would stay there……

“Management company is very responsive and took care of any issues. Location is a secluded spot in the mountains and sufficient as a place to rest after a day out and about in the surrounding areas. Conveniently located between Nashville and Mammoth National Park.”

The owners were amazing with their communication and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—they even came by to help us turn on the local TV so we could watch the ball drop and thoughtfully left the lights on for us. One magical morning, we even spotted three deer in the backyard! We truly can’t say enough positive things about this stay and the wonderful owners. Highly recommend!”

“We entertained local folks and comfortably had close to twenty folks hanging out at one time. Our dog is a Cattle Shepherd and had quite the time around the property. One suggestion for management - they need a pizza wheel. We would go back. ”
