“This is a luxury resort and as such, it oozes luxury. The place was serene, peaceful, and opulent. Bed was comfortable, room was glamorous and all the meals we ordered were on point and delicious, be it local dishes or continental. The pool was clean and the views across the lake from the rooftop balcony were spectacular. The parts that need work are the time it takes to receive your food or drinks when you order. “The location is absolutely excellent on top of the hill. We loved that, the staff were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay the best they could. However, the premises itself is shabby, needs updating and a good tidy up. With some investment, it could be so much nicer, comfortable and modern.
