“We had a wonderful stay in the large Room #3. Although the bathroom is small, it is updated and clean. All necessary amentities were present including slippers and extra toothbrushes and paste. Nice touch! Continental breakfast was deluxe and freshly made pot of coffee was delicious. Loved the creamer/milk choices in the fridge. Will stay here again!”

“We had an excellent experience. The location was convenient for our needs, clean, and tastefully done. It's excellent value for the area. “We stayed at the newly renovated motel, where owner David was friendly and helpful. The charming motel was perfect for our last-minute trip to enjoy the foliage at Mt. Greylock. They served spiked apple cider, a wide selection of local beers, and canned seltzer at their bar. We went to a cozy old-fashioned restaurant just 10 minutes away for dinner. They also offer a fire pit with wood and s'mores at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we were too tired to enjoy it after our hike, but the motel……

"Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
