“This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! “My family and I loved our stay. This cabin had everything we needed and more. One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication. “We booked this house as the venue for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! Every room was gorgeous, with elegant décor and plenty of space for our guests. “Overall the stay was okay. I am generally not a complainer, and have stayed in many rental properties. I was initially upset about the condition of the place, but I got used to it. It seems like the place is old and not well kept up. The inside of the house has a bad odor, also the septic smelled bad, so we had to keep the slider to the deck closed. "Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
