“The apartment itself is clean, modern and spacious. The surrounding streets felt safe. We walked to Whole Foods and also explored a bit of the nicely maintained Friendship neighorhood. The owner was kind in allowing us an early check-in, once the cleaner was finished with the unit. We were surprised about the exterior of the building. (We should have noted that there are no exterior photos on the listing.) Whereas it seems to once have been an historic home, it has had various additions to……

“This is a nice little property. It is quiet and in a convenient location in the middle of Squirrel Hill. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. ”

“The spaces were larger than we expected. The leather couch in the living room with reclining seats was great for relaxing reading and cuddling. The beds were all comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Location was great. Walkable to “upstreet” Emily, the local host, was quick to respond, fpund a high chair for our baby and was able to give us a late check out which was super helpful. A great stay. ”

“Our family loved staying here. The 4 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms were a plus for our family of 8. Game room provided extra fun for our kids and adults. Plenty of driveway parking. Hot tub was great and the outdoor patio was covered so we could play games even in the rain. We will be back. ”

“Our 2nd stay at this property. Very convenient to everything and property owner super easy to communicate with. It was a little dusty seemed maybe it had been some time since anyone else had stayed there and the kitchen floor had a spill but overall was pretty clean. Highly recommend if you have a college student at Duquesne. It’s just a drive across the bridge and has all amenities of home. Last stay for us as my daughter graduated! ”
