“We took a few nights away with another couple we’ve known and vacationed with for decades. Though we’re very close, it is important to note the rooms of the upper floor of this property are completely open to the vaulted ceiling. So, if you walk from the kitchen to any of the three upper floor bedrooms, you can easily continue your conversation without raising your voice…. That said, there is a queen bedroom and separate full bath on the ground floor and a fun game room. So, bedroom privacy was……

“I loved this apartment. It was in the perfect location to walk to all the shops in Roscoe Village (and Roscoe Barbeque Company). The history of the building is fascinating and views of the town with Christmas lights were amazing! I really enjoyed my stay there. Also, the shops on Main Street over the bridge in Coshocton are worth mentioning.and only a few minutes drive.”

“House is overall a pleasant stay. Communication was excellent with Maxx. Amenities are abundant - towels, kitchen items, toiletries, games, and DishTV. The house has its own charm. Backyard is private. Quiet neighborhood. Neat places nearby such as the Wooly Pig Brewery, McKenna's Market.”

“We originally had the whole weekend to stay for my daughters volleyball tournament. The tournament was a short distance from the house. Last minute the tournament was knocked down to from 2 days to 1. The host was amazing working with me days before our arrival and allowing us to shorten our stay. The house was very clean and cute. We loved the winery/restaurant not even a mile down from the house. Highly recommend staying here! ”

Wish we could have had access to laundry since we were soaked at our event and the garage to store golf clubs that were drying out, but overall it was everything we hoped for.The drive in over the last mile is a bit tough in a large van due to the gravel, but it was an adventure!”

“The cabin is huge and lovely. Plenty of space for gathering both inside and out. Lots of fire wood. The kitchen was stocked as you’d expect from a short term rental. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are super nice. The property is really cool and a lot of fun to explore. The hot tub had a strong chemical smell, the host advised us to add water and leave the lid off to air out, it was fine after that but required some work on our part which was a little annoying. “We would definetly stay there again. We Had a great time. It was Very peaceful and quiet besides the cows lol. Perfect for a weekend get away. The Cabin seemed new and cozy. The only thing it was missing is a oven but no big deal. Just bring utensils to cook with in the fire pit or go out to eat”
