“Garden Island is a beautiful spot for a family getaway. The island is secluded yet easily accessible, and the availability of canoes, kayaks, and paddleboard makes it even easier to enjoy the area. The staff and other guests were all friendly and helpful, it feels like a community, and even the dogs were all well behaved. The Willow apartment was not very clean and is pretty run down, but it is comfortable enough to provide a home base and launching point to enjoy the island and region. We got……

“ Great property!! Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have……

“We had an amazing stay! The property was absolutely awesome — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everyone loved the home as well as the beautiful surrounding area, especially the hikes by the stream right nearby. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made everything even easier. “The property itself, along with the staff were fantastic! The island has great trails, and our dog had a blast. Getting to and from the island is pretty smooth - ferry drivers were usually ready in a couple minutes time. Couple things to note - the check-in information we received was a little sparse relative to other stays via VRBO. If you're used to getting an access code, you won't for this property. And teh driving directions, while good once you've got your bearings, are not great for……

“Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!”
