“Lovely location right on the sea front amenities nearby, very short walk to shops and arcades.”

“We arrived quite late but this was accommodated easily. Lee met us, showed us our room, which was beautiful and took our breakfast order. So many little things had been thought of, even down to make up removal pads. The breakfast was amazing and served with a smile. There was no road noise. We will be back.”

“Great price,welcomed by a lovely member of staff who offered to take my suitcase,asked if we wanted towels,tea and coffee in the room and 100% cleanliness.will definitely be using again.”

“Beautiful old building, great location and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Downsides were the shower curtain was tired/old/dirty and the towel rail was on/hot in the height of summer with no ability to turn it off. This felt like a waste and bad for the environment as well as heating the room up when it wasn't needed. Also the shower temperature could not be changed, so it was cold for ages then very hot, with no ability to do anything about this!”

“Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again”
