“The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more.……

“Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you ”

“Ideally located right next to the main area of Skegness for easy access to the beach, rides, bars and arcades. Overall nice and clean place with easy access via the key box. Room is basic but comfortable, shower was terrible, but that's the only thing that let it down really. For the price paid I would definitely stay again. ”

“This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome. Keeley informed us that a fan had been put in the cabin which was a lovely touch considering it was so hot. We had brought a small fan with us,……

Food was very good my only recommendation would be having a fan in the rooms as the room was incredibly hot and the building being grade 2 had original looking sash windows and were delicate so we didn’t dare open them. Overall a great stay and highly recommended ”

“Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again”
